Eric was wonderful to work with, very thorough, and detailed. His inspection report was full of pictures, and recommendations. Pleasant to work with, on time, professional, and quick turn around for the report. This was my second time purchasing a home, and his expertise and attention to detail far outweighed the last inspector I had used. Wouldn definitely pick Eric again!

Had a great experience with the home inspection. Eric was very thorough and made the home inspection process easy and informative. After the inspection was done, I had questions about items relating to the report and he was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend using Eric as a home inspector.
