Bad customer service! We spent over $2000 on blinds. They were installed two weeks later than they originally promised. When they did come, they were missing hardware, so said they would get that and call us back when it came in (within a week). Several weeks went by and we never heard from them. We had to follow-up with them. They said the parts came in and we set-up an appointment (with very little flexibility in times that they could come out). But then they never showed.
