We have been very satisfied with Inside Out Interior Decor both for purchasing window blinds and for repairing window blinds purchased elsewhere. Most recently a second window blind broke just before going to pick up a first. The second was repaired the same day with no charge. I can't recall another home-repair vendor in town being so accommodating.
Inside Out Interior Decor is the only window treatment company in the area to repair broken pull chords on blinds. HOWEVER, you never know when you'll get them back. It's been over 8 weeks and still haven't started repair. Nor have they received the valance ordered. Finally, if anyone answers, other than Mike, the status of blind repair and valance order is unknown (NO workorder tracking available). After 8 weeks, CANCELLING request.
