For 375$ you can do alot better. Since moving into my new home a month ago I've treated black mold, ran all new plumbing in my crawlspace, and have an a.c. unit that only blows hot air. He caught all the little stuff and missed all major repairs. I would not recommend.
Very thorough inspector! We were buying a "fixer upper" and he found things we would have never seen. He really saved us. The inspection report is very detailed and had pictures so it was easy to read and understand the areas being noted. All of this AND at a better rate than other inspection companies.
