Angry Old Man – I went to the store know they carried Tropitone brand patio furniture. I was looking to replace a table top for may set. I found the display and the owner approached. I asked about buying a table top and he said he would have to order it. Once he learned I had not bought the patio set from him he became angry and verbally abusive. Including calling me foul names and ordering from his store. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Very Negative Experience – A person identifying himself as the owner of the store was totally rude and verbally abusive. I have never experienced anything like this before and would not recommend this store to anyone.

Awesome Christmas Store – Inside-Out has the BEST artificial Christmas trees, period. Initially their trees may appear expensive, but after looking EVERYWHERE else you'll realize what I did: "You get what you pay for." And you won't find anything better looking or more realistic. The staff was very knowledgeable and never pressured (even on my third and final trip). Save yourself the hassle & the gas, just buy your Christmas tree at Inside-Out first. PS: Their ornaments are great too!

Beware of their Return Policy-- – The return policy is so ridiculous they might as well not have one. You must return purchase within 24 hours -in other words-the very NEXT DAY AND-that's-- and, AND you will have to pay a whopping 30% restock fee!

avoid this store at all costs – Nasty sales associates....older, brown headed lady greeted me at the door with mean looks staring me up one side and down the other then proceeds to follow me all over the store as if i would STEAL something. Consider your options before shopping here unless you are up for being abused.

Best spot for Patio Furniture – Very knowledgable staff, helpful, not pushy--They have a great looking selection of NICE patio furniture and wicker. More outdoor wicker than anywhere else I've looked, and I could customize my choices. Timely delivery...Good quality products. Another lady shopping while I was there had her Inside-Out furniture for 15 years! It was a pleasant buying experience, and I would recommend them to my friends.
