I needed an alteration for my existing custom-made sheers after recently moving to my new home... I found Inside Ideas in Owen Sound & requested Gail's assistance.... I brought my sheers to her shop & found a matching swatch to what I already had, so I requested 2 new panels made up to fit 2 more windows in new fabric... she was most accommodating & found an almost exact match... & one of the existing sheers needed a slight alteration... We were enthused to learn that Inside Ideas carried the Eclipse brand of shutters, but even more pleased at Gail's attention to detail when it came to measuring (laser exactness). On the day of the install -- Victoria Day Saturday -- Gail preceded Dave (her installer) where she proceeded to assemble the relevant parts like puzzle pieces for three separate rooms.
