I’m an established patient who has been going here for years with no issues. However, the process to call and book an appointment is so miserable that I’ve given up and am just going to find an office that can answer the phone. Edit: They've actually updated their online portal and made it a lot easier to book appointments. Good stuff guys
I was shown in on time and Dr. Greenfield was informative and very pleasant. We had a nice chat. This was my first appointment and I will continue coming here.
Went in for bluelight therapy. At the follow-up, I commented that I didn't think it got all the pre-can on my face. The response I got was it does what it needs to do. I also got a skin check, the fastest one I've ever had which I didn't think was very thorough. I went back to my regular dermatologist First Coast Mohs a month later which was last week and had a squamish cell removed from my leg and another pre-cancer right next to that.
