Fui por un problema de un insecto en el oído atienden por citas únicamente,,pero muy buenos tienen todos los aparatos ,y lo mejor es que atienden en español, los demás igual hablan mas o menos el español,,
The office is non-responsive. Been calling for two weeks every other day, leaving at least 5 voicemails, but no return phone and no answer when calling. Good luck getting an appointment Update: After my review, the front desk coincidentally called me back a few hours later. I saw the doctor and she apologized and gave me alternative ways to contact her. Really nice doctor, but front desk needs to be more efficient.
Dr. Inserra is amazing, she listens and takes the time to explain things to you. She is very knowledgeable and shows much compassion. Recently I lost hearing in my ear and she seen me right away. The treatment she prescribed restored my hearing. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with hearing loss and vertigo.
Somebody recommended Dr. INSERRA. VERY RUDE AND PUFFED UP DOCTOR. THE FRONT DESK LADY TOPS EVERYTHING, NEVER MET WITH SOMEONE THAT RUDE. EVEN THOUGH DR.INSERRA WENT TO STANFORD BUT SHE WAS BOTTOM OF THE POT. FOUND THAT SHE WORKED AT KAISER FOR A WHILE BROUGHT IN 7 MALPRACTICE LAW SUITES, GOT FIRED FROM KAISER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO MY WORST ENEMY. AFTER MY FIRST INITIAL VISIT I DID NOT GO BACK. AND OH, HER BREATH IS KILLING. SHE PROBABLY HAVE SKUNKS FOR BREAKFAST.
