I have used Insectek Pest Solutions for years now and I couldnt imagine using any other company. My technician **** is prompt, friendly, and is always helpful in explaining and identifying potential issues and how he can resolve it. I cant recommend this company enough. Theyve definitely got a long term customer in me.

Fantastic. They were prompt, thorough, conscientious, and kind. I tried to buy an add-on service but they told me that it was not worth the money (did not try to up-sell me on anything). The technician stayed and talked to me for as long as I wanted and gave me useful information to prevent future problems. We have big (kinda scary) dogs and the technician patiently waited while we put them away. It was a very pleasant experience and we happily signed up for a full year of services with them.

Im new to AZ and am very naive to bugs here. My landlord told me I needed to get an insect service. Im so grateful that I chose this company. Setting up an appointment was super easy. **** came out and explained everything to me, showed me spots he thought may be of concern to look out for and took the time to answer all my questions.
