I have had trouble working with a pest control company couple of months ago so I decided to find a different company. We had some pest issues on our rental properties and Insectech did an amazing job handling the work request and resolving the issues with professionalism and enthusiasm. Would highly recommend Insectech to anyone seeking pest control services that can do the job with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.
Insectech experts have been to our place three times now. The first two times, service was provided by Jake. Today, Nathan came out. I just can't say enough good things about their service. These guys know what they're doing. Their pricing is very reasonable for the service provided and they don't try to upsell you for service that you don't need.
We had an infestation of carpenter ants in our living room. Insect Tech technician Tony had to treat it twice, it was that bad. Each time he arrived on time, explained what he would do, and addressed our concerns regarding the chemicals he used. We had an infestation of flying insects that completely covered one wall of our study, In addition, they were dying off and littering the floor and the tops of the bookcases... We could find no way they were coming in. Insectech came out within about 2hrs from the time I placed the call. The ceiling in my nephews room appeared to look like a water stain spot. As we got close to observe it, shockingly, bees started coming through the ceiling. Hundreds of them began to swarm the bedroom. Insectech inspected & advised we had a yellow jacket nest in the ceiling. They applied what was needed to kill the bees. I have been using them for years now, they originally starting spraying for wasps, it worked. Since we live next to a swamp, we were being eaten alive by the mosquitoes; they sprayed for this and WOW, is all I can say. It was as if the swamp was not there, immediate difference. I highly recommend them and their services.
