They never answer their phone. My daughter was supposed to reactive her after birth check up here and I’ve called maybe 15 times or more leaving multiple voicemails to never receive a single response or call back. This is not where you want your newborn to receive care under any circumstance unless you want to be ignored and never have your child seen. I regret listening to Rancho Springs Medical center for recommending this horrible serviced children’s pediatric clinic.
I’ve been taking my kiddos here for 9 yrs!!! This place honestly cares so much about your little ones! Sure it can get frustrating sometimes to be seen by students and then the dr but at least you know you have multiple opinions. I’ve never had to wait longer than a day, if that, to get my child in to be seen. I truly wish they could see adults too because I’d leave my primary in a heartbeat to be a patient here!! Thank you inscriptions children clinic for always being the best!!!!
Don’t not bring your children here! Been trying to get a letter for sons school for about a week now! And apparently whenever I call no one one knows nothing. Get transferred to different people that know nothing. All I wanted was a note and nothing! Save yourself the headaches and go elsewhere. So unprofessional. Will be looking for another doctor for my kids!
Be prepared to have your refills denied every time you submit a refill. Each refill I submit through the Pharmacy comes back as denied by the doctor even if you’re up to date on exams. I’m always told they can’t find the request from the pharmacy???
