i have been bringing my kids here for years now as i was reading in the past reviews i noticed that everything has been resolved and i see really nothing wrong with this clinic I love the community and it really is the best clinic and they definitely made some changes based on these reviews.
love this place they definitely learned from the past reviews because i brought my kid here and everything went smooth and quick even though there were lots of people there Definity an amazing group and i know lots of people come here i switched my kids from Rady's to here because i felt like they cared for my children more my friends and family love the Dr. Fahim and everything about her clinic.
The Doctor and staff are completely incompetent. Don't take your kids here
They never answer their phone. My daughter was supposed to reactive her after birth check up here and I’ve called maybe 15 times or more leaving multiple voicemails to never receive a single response or call back. This is not where you want your newborn to receive care under any circumstance unless you want to be ignored and never have your child seen. I regret listening to Rancho Springs Medical center for recommending this horrible serviced children’s pediatric clinic.
I’ve been taking my kiddos here for 9 yrs!!! This place honestly cares so much about your little ones! Sure it can get frustrating sometimes to be seen by students and then the dr but at least you know you have multiple opinions. I’ve never had to wait longer than a day, if that, to get my child in to be seen. I truly wish they could see adults too because I’d leave my primary in a heartbeat to be a patient here!! Thank you inscriptions children clinic for always being the best!!!!
