When trying to close my account the first time, the agents were pushy and wouldn't let me off the phone. When trying to close the following year, it took several phone calls to finally do so and the agent I last dealt with (Sarah?) incorrectly filled in the paperwork with my wrong birthdate and was rude over the phone and email. Maybe she was having some bad days at work. That was my experience.
