This is our third purchase with Insception Lifebank. A wonderful gift to our grandchildren ( which we hope they will never need). The customer service is incredible, friendly, polite answering all questions that we and/or our children have. They answer the phone!! And get back to you promptly if need be. Pick up of cord and blood after deliver ran smoothly all 3 times. Have and will continue to recommend Insception Lifebank to friends and family.
