We are now banking with our second child and love the security this gives for our children’s future. We have always found the staff to be very helpful and informative from the time of initial inquiry to the time of collection. It was great to find out that they now have emergency kits available at the hospital if we go into labour sooner than expected- and have yet to receive the kit. Would definitely recommend.
Your chord and blood will NOT be stored in Canada, it's stored in Arizona or Texas. If/when in the future you require access to the chord and blood for whatever reason you'll pay $2 to $5000 plus administration costs plus International headaches and shipping costs associated with that plus plus plus! The arrangements for collecting my baby’s cord blood and tissues were handled with great care and professionalism right from the beginning. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure to explain everything clearly in advance, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. Their customer service was prompt, supportive, and always ready to answer any questions. From start to finish, it was a smooth and reassuring experience.
We were referred by a friend for the inception lifebank program and I will say overall their services is excellent. Pretty satisfied client for over 4+ years. It is a good program, you never know what's in future but it is certainly something that I would say every parent should think about registering for their new born. Inception bank is the right place for this services. Happy to be one of their customers.
They keep raising the price every year and make if very difficult to close the account. Be careful! Also the reps are rude. First rep hung up on me the second one said this isn’t Netflix I can’t help you I’m not a closer. Would not recommend.
