I had a very disappointing experience with Insception Lifebank. The customer service has been extremely poor. I have been contacting them for three weeks regarding a refund issue, almost every single day. Unfortunately, the problem still has not been resolved. The lack of support and follow-up has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
Never trust this company with something as critical as your child’s future. I signed up with them to collect and preserve my baby’s umbilical cord blood — a one-time, irreplaceable opportunity that can never be recreated. This is exactly the kind of situation where reliability, precision, and accountability should be absolute. Instead, they failed at the most basic level: they did not pick up the sample on time. After a lot of research and comparison, I chose Inception Cord Blood. Their customer support and financial follow-up are absolutely terrible. Before signing the contract, they were extremely nice and told me that in addition to the discount, they would send me a $100 gift card. But after I shipped the umbilical cord blood, they suddenly said I don’t qualify for it. The worst part, however, was the payment.
