Never trust this company with something as critical as your child’s future. After a lot of research and comparison, I chose Inception Cord Blood. Their customer support and financial follow-up are absolutely terrible. Before signing the contract, they were extremely nice and told me that in addition to the discount, they would send me a $100 gift card. But after I shipped the umbilical cord blood, they suddenly said I don’t qualify for it. The worst part, however, was the payment. I initially believed this was a reputable company. After referring two friends, I received reward cheques that were returned without explanation. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email, I received no response. This is disappointing and highly unprofessional
