Excellent customer service! Installed Insane Diesel's bypass filter a few months ago on my 2024 Ram 2500 Cummins. Just over 5k miles now on the Lorenzo oil/oil bypass filter and required the installation of an oil sample valve. The staff at Insane Diesel immediately got on my truck, removed the filter cap, drilled, tapped, installed the oil sample valve, and reinstalled the cap. Been using Insane Diesel for over a year and their oil, bypass, and additive have improved my trucks overall performance! I highly recommend the Lorenzo Oil with Tungsten which does reduce wear metals based off my oil analysis! The oil bypass does allow for me to extend my intervals which reduces waste.
I called in to order the bypass kit, customer service was very good and helpful. The price seems fair the material quality are amazing. Super happy with the product!!
So I would not recommend solely on there customer services. I was very excited to install this on my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L. I email asking for a kit and got wrong information. I got then did my research and used their filtering options and selected the kit I needed. There ordering system used an old mailing data base and my package was not sent due to it was marked for the city next door. I had to pay another charge to have another order sent. I’ve got insane diesel bypass filters on my baby Duramax and on my Toyota Tundra with a 5.7L. I also use their Lorenzo’s oil and fuel supplement. These are fantastic products!! I had one little issue and these guys bent over backwards to take care of it for me!! Love these guys!!
