I have been seeing Melanie, and occasionally their other therapists for athletic therapy for over 10 years now. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable in their assessments and treatment and even provide exercises to do at home. The clinic is also very clean. I am very happy with the services they have provided over the years and will continue to go to Insahyu. Not only is Melanie a great friend of mine, but a true professional. She and her staff run an incredible clinic and pour so much heart into it. Even if I didn't know her, the care here is top tier. Whether you're dealing with a sports injury or just need some proper body work done, they actually listen and get results.
Amazing Athletic Therapists! I successfully completed my first full marathon with their support. I started going for therapy due to IT band injuries. Once my injuries healed I continued to go for regular treatments for maintenance. Love their clinic vibe! One time I needed to bring my children and Mel was very accommodating.
I can't say enough good things about INSAHYU Athletic Therapy in Winnipeg. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional.
