This company thinks they are inspectors and investigators! Rather than give my bank an appraisal they decided to report what they thought maintenance the property needed and talk to ex tenants and get their opinions!! IT'S PREPOSTEROUS. This is a respectable property and they think they can absolve themselves of a completed report and still charge!! This is a scam operation and needs to be investigated.
Hired this company to do appraisal on our property for a line of credit with a local bank. We had plenty of equity in the property it’s paid off so appraisal was not a problem as for the line of credit passing but something you need for the process however when you pay for appraisal you expect it to be somewhat “Accurate.” I did use appraisal for the line of credit or the bank paperwork but it was so grossly low it’s good for nothing else if I might need it again .
