I’ve been in this HCA Rehab facility for 7 days now with non weight bearing on my right leg due to breaking my Tibial Plateau. All the nurses, techs I’ve encountered have been very nice and attentive. I have to call every time I need to go to the bathroom and they come very fast 99% of the time as I’m certain they have others to attend to. I’ve been very satisfied with my care at the hospital and now the in-house rehab facility. No complaints coming from me at all.
Father in law was taken here on 2 different occasions and on both occasions he ended up back in the intensive care unit. The staff do not show compassion or integrity The staff act entitled and have no sense of urgency when they obviously saw him in distress . It was Thanksgiving and the entire staff acted as if it was a forced work holiday and they took it out on the patients. Each and every time this rehab is brought up to me I will let anyone and everyone know how he was mistreated.
My husband was in rehab for 14 days after a stroke he was treated like a king everyone awesome 👍 Shout out to Thomas , Alexis, John, Yvonne,Dede, The doctors , nurse aides, cleaning services, the nutrition, Derrick and everyone else I didn't name great staff ⚕️
My husband was there after a broken leg, and the care and rehab was great!!
Some of the nurse are ok but it's two staff that is rude and I heard her hollering at my husband she Lucky that I had to go to work because I would have with there and slap the shit out of her. Other than that it's ok. The hospital the 6th floor
