This was the most unprofessional and medically incompetent experience I have ever encountered in a medical office with Chelsea. Proper protocol requires a thorough evaluation, including a screening and ultrasound, to identify the veins causing the issue before proceeding with treatment. Instead, they failed to follow basic medical standards. The correct approach is to diagnose the problematic veins first and then treat them appropriately with sclerotherapy. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Shame on them.
