Was told I needed to have my surgeon call over before they could even schedule me to help me…. That makes no sense if I have an OPEN WOUND.. decided ill just go sit in the ER later today instead that would take less time.
I've been coming to this location for a few weeks now, and I love the help and support from everyone here. Thank you
The absolute best care I received for my wound care. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable. They taught my husband and I how to care for my wound. The staff was so sweet and caring. I hope to never need wound care again, but if I do, I will 100% go back to Inova Wound Care Clinic Mount Vernon.
Avoid.... If you can, the charges are outrageous. I went to this clinic and found the doctors and nurses were great. I loved them, however when I received my bill, INOVA billed full visit costs twice for each visit. Basically they double the cost for even the most basic of visits. I called the customer service who could not adequately explain the charges but just kept saying that I just need to pay all of them.
