Such a great experience. My wife and I had a baby delivered there and the entire time felt supported and in great hands. Big thanks to our L&D nurse Maggie who took great care of my wife and baby as well as to nurses in postpartum who helped us navigate start of parenthood. Special thanks to our amazing midwife - Comfort, we were so lucky to have an expert like her during labor! Every step we were supported. Thank you so much!
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at the front desk. The staff member with curly hair was consistently rude and unprofessional. This is not based on a single incident—his behavior was repeated on multiple occasions. I observed him making inappropriate comments and even mocking people, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment.
