I tried to make an appointment and called many times on different days at different times. I'm just getting the automated voice message that all associates are busy. I tried their central phone line but it is not connecting either. If you don't say anything to the virtual assistant, they will hang up on you. Do they even have real people to pick up the phones? I would like to see one of their highly rated doctors but their appointment system just puts me on a lengthy loop.
Do you just not answer your phones? Its absolute hell trying to get a hold of anyone to schedule anything. If you want medical care, go somewhere else that cares about your health.
Incorrect referral, office doesn't return calls, rude medical assistant. Bad experience all the way around. The physician is good, but it's overshadowed by poor office staff.
