Refused to see my adult daughter and referred her to a pediatrician when she's an adult with adult problems. Uncaring and dismissive attitude at best- would not recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with Michelle D. Downie, FNP at Inova Urogynecology. After waiting months for this appointment, I arrived right at the stated cutoff time I had been given (9:15 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment), only to be turned away without any flexibility or attempt to understand the situation. I saw Sara Spruell today. She was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and thorough. I am very greatful for the help she provided.
I am very disappointed with the experience we had with this doctor. My 76-year-old mother had an appointment, and unfortunately, we arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic. Despite explaining the situation, the doctor refused to see her. I had even requested time off to accompany my mother to her appointment. The staff showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding, especially considering my mother’s advanced age, the unexpected traffic delays, and the distance we traveled from Woodbridge.
