My experience here was fantastic. The doctors and Nurse Aides do a beautiful job of making you feel comfortable to talk about any issues you have. Upon getting examined they always made sure to ask for consent and double check with me that I was not in pain and new exactly what their next step would be. I felt so seen and heard during this appointment. Got a great next steps plan that will work for me. Amazing recommendations for what I can do in the meantime while I undergo treatment. Twice, I wasted time and gas trying to get in to be seen at this INOVA urogyn office. The first time I was running slightly behind due to traffic and called to notify them. They refused to see me and told me to reschedule. I rescheduled the appointment, showed up over an hour early for it, and was told they had no record of the appointment. The other receptionist eventually chimed in to say SHE had scheduled it, but her computer crashed after scheduling it and didn't save it.
