Bad management. Extremely rude staff. The only reason to choose this center for a simple 15 minutes procedure was to save time as it is close to my home. I made 3 appointments for consultation, procedure and the final checkup. I arrived ahead of time on all appointments however, was called significantly late and waited long time to be visited by doctor. On my last visit, I arrived 15 minutes early and waited 45 minutes!
