My son started working with Jon after a serious injury, and Jon has been instrumental in helping him regain confidence in his athletic abilities. He explains movements clearly, making them easy to understand and apply. Jon is also very flexible with our busy school and sports schedule, which has been a huge help.
Jon makes every workout challenging and fun. He builds strong relationships with his athletes and creates an environment that keeps my kids motivated to train week after week.
Jon is an unbelievable motivator. He brings out the best in his people and helps them reach their full potential. He’s very good at explaining what you’re going to do and how it will be effective. But most importantly he is super fun and hilarious!!
