Extremely disappointing. I had an urgent referral from their own doctor, yet was told the earliest appointment was two weeks away. After explaining that waiting could have serious consequences, I was offered an appointment a week later. I went to another facility and was seen the same day. So apparently, “urgent” appointments don’t exist here when you actually need one. Completely unacceptable.
