Disorganized place my grandmother was staying here. NEVER AGAIN! Some of the nursing staff are great but the other staffing like managers and supervisors are terrible! This place lacks communication and awareness!
Staff is very friendly! I don’t know if it is due to being short on staff, but follow through on requests are almost non-existent. Wound care is performed by any nurse, not wound care specialists. TPN is also performed by staff who at times had to read directions. Complaints produced no improvement.
Their services were wonderful. The staff was outstanding, very caring, considerate, skilled, communicative, and helpful. The doctors were detailed explaining things to me. Each department leader came in for care conferences helping me and my family stay informed. I recommend all Inova hospitals. If I could give a higher rating I would.
Best hospital for recovery! Great staff, very helpful and thoughtful. Kept my room very clean everyday.
