I wanted to recognize Mohammed at the front desk of the Family Cancer Prevention Center. We had a lot of changes to my appointments today, and he was there through every step of the way. He made sure I was able to speak with a doctor before I left and never made me feel like I was just another patient. I’ve honestly never had a receptionist who was this attentive and caring. The best hospital!! I spent three years of my cancer treatment at this hospital, and they showered me with love and understanding!!! Really wonderful people work at this hospital!! I just want to say thank you for everything!!!
I felt extremely disrespected with the office staff at Inova Schar Cancer Mid Atlantic and I was informed to call the office for a consultation after getting out of the hospital with a mass in my uterus!! I call the office 15 minutes later the voicemail finally stops saying we are not open due to the holiday call back July 6th well guess what it is July 6th today !
