There are not words to express how much I hate this center. First it’s taken nearly a year to get in for a Colonoscopy with multiple pre-procedure visits randomly inserted in. Well now I need to reschedule the visit and it takes 20 mins on hold to get through to someone who then after playing 20 questions can’t do anything anyway and has to pass my request to another team that will get back to me at some random undetermined date in the future. I have been referred by my PCP in MD and they won't give me an appointment because they want the referral to come from VA leading to me waiting longer and spending more money for no reason before I get any answers by these unempathetic money eating doctors at INOVA.
Easy parking, beautiful building and very reliable staff. Our visit and evaluation with my mother was overall extraordinary.
