Been calling for months now regarding an outstanding bill but no one answers the phone. When I request a call back nobody never gets back to me. I better not get a call from collection because I did my due diligence. If you (inova) see this review, just know that im done with that bill and moved on with my life... you will figure out how to pay for that bill w/o me
Could not get my appointment scheduled and referred me back to my primary care doctor or an optometrist for an autoimmune disease appointment. The person on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all.
