The office staff is wonderful! But I do believe that Dr.Zhang could use some lessons in compassion for her patient and to listen to what the patient is saying..

I am told that they will call me to schedule my mom's appointment, but it never happened. I also called and waited more than 45 minutes but someone just hang up the phone. I sent email to doctor and no response. Please avoid this place if possible. I wish I can give zero star.

I saw dr Zhang ,yinggue and I had a negative experience. I explained my arthritis pain and she asked some questions that unfortunately most of the time I could not understand, she had a double mask on and spoke with a Chinese accent. When I would ask her to repeat question , she would , but if I still did not understand her, she would just move on , asking again another question. Scheduling an appointment is next to impossible, and I was not impressed by the utter lack of customer service. After multiple attempts, I thought I finally had an appointment scheduled, only to be called a week later and told the appointment had to be moved because the call center made a mistake. The only appointment they could offer was 6 weeks later.

Never answered the phone, not even once. Have never returned multiple voicemail messages. Like others leaving reviews, I'm switching my referral. This place is going to hurt Inova's brand.
