Found yesterday that they are not as accommodating to disabled adults as they want you to believe! Sure they have automatic doors and all but when you need to do a every day procedure a little differently they don't want to be bothered with it. So what they need to book 30 minutes of OR time! Rather than accommodate, they want you to go some where else. Thumbs down to INOVA. Our disabled adult population deserves equal treatment. I won't stay quiet about this. Shame on you INOVA. The care my sister-in-law receive was exceptional. Every employee always greeted us with a smile and very helpful. To me their smile ment a lot especially since our travel time was no less than one hour and forty five minutes one way. I gain an appreciation for physical, occupational and speech therapy. Thank you all who served us on the 6th and 5th floor.
The nurse staff is amazing. Abigail, Henok and Maxine took great care of me on my visit to the location. The nurse techs were also very helpful. My doctor was amazing and I have had him once before and I am actually gonna make him my primary care doctor. Thank You to all the staff who made my stay comfortable and pleasant.
