Really quite terrible. Could not get the doctors to actually address any of my concerns, they didn't seem to care one way or the other. Person who drew my blood treated me with absolute contempt. One time they never even got back to me on results.
I had an appointment with video visit. I was waiting for 1 hour to talk to doctor Multani. When I called and explained to the lady at the desk she hand up on me. Very very disappointed!!! Very bad experience with INOVA
Went in for an annual physical and asked not to do more than that. Was charged $200+ for lab work anyway.
Don’t go to this find your self a different clinic. Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional Your appointment can get cancel for any stupid reason.
