Went in for an annual physical and asked not to do more than that. Was charged $200+ for lab work anyway.
Don’t go to this find your self a different clinic. Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional Your appointment can get cancel for any stupid reason.
As a patient, I felt unheard and dismissed, which is concerning in a healthcare setting where open communication is key. I hope that Provider Howard can work on listening to her patients and fostering a more collaborative environment.
