The worst Primary Care ever seen in my life
Dr. Kraus is amazing. She doesn't try to rush you and is super gentle during pam smears/exams. She makes sure you know that you can request her to stop at any time and does a thorough job. She literally spent almost 2 hours with me trying to figure out what was causing my pain and when I had a bad reaction to the pap smear she let me rest as long as I needed, even letting me stay past closing time. I got appointment with doctor and later I saw Nurse came for check up which was really unprofessional and they changed me so high. I could of order Medicine from Amazon instead of the Nurse Practitioner medicine
Doctor Ali seemed good but the sterling office ended up wasting my time. I got an appointment 2 weeks after I started having issues since they don’t have appointments available. After the appointment, the doctor asked to provide specimen samples for testing. Here’s the annoying part, the nurse provided only one specimen collection kit when I was required to provide 2 samples in different containers.
