Randomly canceled by physical I scheduled with them over 5 months ago with about a 2 week notice after I already asked for that day off work. I sent multiple messages on my chart and called to reschedule and they finally got back about a week later only to tell me no appointments are available until mid December. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a primary care office.
This location is an INOVA lab as well. The waiting room is spotless and the front desk/receptionists were friendly. The real gem of my visit was Kat (the phlebotomist). Kat's technique is amazing, you don't even know you are having blood drawn, plus she is very kind. I will be returning whenever I need labs drawn and highly recommend Kat!
This clinic I scheduled 3 months ago my appointment on the day of my visit they said the doctor is not available and also no more any provider also to visit him next hours
The customer service here is atrocious. The staff clearly couldn't care less about customers, and their attitude is appalling. It's no wonder people walk out. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
