I wanted to write a review and say how truly wonderful my experience was at this urgent care. I came in and was experiencing a medical emergency. The receptionist (I think also nurse/tech) named Denise immediately noticed the state I was in and took immediate action, and with zero hesitation brought me to a room. The nurse practitioner named Hirut (i hope that spelling is correct), and Denise sprang into action. they provided me with the UTMOST care. Christina Rosenberg is a wonderful nurse practioner and I have always had a great experience with the rest of the team there. I have, and will continue to, recommend this practice to my family and friends. They are happy here too.
I’m very disappointed with the service at this INOVA office. Having a scheduled appointment seems to mean nothing here—I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time while they prioritized walk-ins over those who had actual appointments. This is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. Awful service and poor management of appointments. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
