Absolutely horrible experience. Some patience miss work to have their appointment. To be treated badly and without respect is uncalled for. The intrusive integration questing by staff is almost abusive. I will never go back.

My husband was transferred there from an INOVA ER in Fairfax. Parking was a nightmare as the spaces are about a foot narrower than standard. I driv3e an SUV. Finding any place in the building is chancy because it seems the architect was in to fun house style. The rooms and bathrooms are minute. What is smaller than a private room at Fair Oaks Hospital is a shared room in Alexandria. My husband is diabetic, but they refused to feed him or give him his dose of insulin. Awful provider. If you can help it, save yourself the disappointment and please find yourself another provider. The modus operandi of her practice is what they cannot and will not do to help you. Unbelievably disappointing and heartbreaking.
Horrific negative experience. I got no pain relief, I heard my nurse chat about her love life for nearly an hour while I suffered. The doctor also gave me an NSAID after I told him I cannot have them due to an upcoming biopsy. Zero imaging, zero empathy, zero kindness, zero pain relief. Worst ER experience and I still don’t know if there’s anything seriously wrong, since Fairfax ER did nothing.

My primary care Dr was out of the country, so I visited with Dr. Kent yesterday. What a kind, thorough and patient Dr he is. It's been a while since I visited with a Dr who asked me a lot of questions, answered all my questions and showed genuine care for me. I highly recommend Dr Kent.
If I could give less than 1 start I would. Rude nurses. One audibly sighing because I requested a blanket/filthy conditions doesn’t even began to cover what I experienced yesterday. I’ve been to this hospital and never experienced anything like this before. I left and went to a different hospital in the middle of the night the service was so poor. Needless to say I’ll never be returning here again.
I called the health plex and spoke with Yakima. She is wonderful. Smart,caring and patient with a woman of 70. Give her a raise. She deserves it. E. Miller
