After booking a PCP appointment nearly 3 months prior, providing all my insurance information multiple times, doing all of my check in and intake paperwork and having my appointment confirmed the week prior to my visit, I was called DAYS before my appointment to inform me that my appointment would be cancelled with no reasoning provided. I am not surprised they received a low star rating on Google reviews. My experience today was terrible. I had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. I did not get to see the OB/GYN doctor (Dr. Irving Natasha) until an hour after my appointment time, even though I was 15 minutes early. (1 hour and 15 minutes late for my appointment). Avoid this place. The only reason I come to this place is because it's walkable to my apartment.

Office scheduling is TOTAL CHAOS. I just out that my scheduled in-person visit with Dr. Jilani was switched to virtual at the last minute while I’m standing here at the CLOSED office. The INOVA operating tells me it was switched to FALLS CHURCH and doesn’t care if you live or die. The is the SECOND TIME they have either dropped my appointment or switched the format the last inure. All Inova cares about is making money and billing for more and more appointments. I tested positive for Covid and they said I would have to do a zoom call to get a prescription. They billed my insurance company $200 for a 5 minute zoom call, where all the NP did was call in a prescription. Then not one person would return my call to discuss. I had to go back recently for a pre-op appointment—last one ever with this group. The doctor could not have been any colder. Refused to write a prescription for two medications I asked f... read more
