I really like the doctors at this establishment—they are knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have hung up on me when I’ve called with questions, and I once waited on hold for 45 minutes for a virtual visit only to be told afterward that I needed to come in person. The lack of respect and consideration from the staff is unacceptable. Because of this, I will not be returning. This place is a disappointment and desperately needs to do better
I take my parents to Inova Primary Care Centreville and we always receive excellent care. Dr. Islam, and especially Dr. Dahal, are very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even after moving to another city, we still choose to come back here because we trust the care so much. Highly recommend!
Their automated phone system is terrible, they play really loud annoying music and advertisements when they put you on hold, somehow an agent is NEVER available and if they ever do get to you, there is about a 50% chance that the call will be “dropped”, leading to you having to go through the entire process all over again.
Still feeling immense pain when I told them I required ear irrigation they simply prescribed ear drops.
Dr. Toghral is the best ! He changed his practice and I followed him ! He took good care of me and my son
