I have been using Inova Primary Care for years. I am now 77. The doctors are wonderful. Today I had a wonderful experience with two people, Taylor and Kristen. I did not know how to navigate the various technical things to get an online appointment. Since I needed information for a next day test, I needed a lot of help. Taylor was amazing. She was kind and took the time to walk me through everything. Kristen did my online appointment and was able to order medicine I needed. I wish everyone was as nice as they were. Walk in clinic is a deception, they will use you as a slot filler to put you on the end of the queue. Your wait time may be hours before you get called or may not get called for the day at all
