After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes to schedule an appointment with a provider at the Ashburn location, the patient service representative placed me on hold again without notifying me. When I asked for a male provider accepting new patients, she told me they didn't have any at that location and that I should check other locations. I love seeing Luna Asrar! She is so unbelievably sweet and always listens to my concerns. I have been seeing her for more then a year now and really like her. She also helped me with a leg injury and helped suggest some knee braces and medication to take. I refer her to my friends all the time :)

They keep rescheduling appointments and have nothing available for months. I've been rescheduled multiple times, had to rearrange my schedule to get an appt only to arrive and be told the Dr will be 30+ mins late. No respect for anyone's time. I requested to see a different primary care Dr moving forward because I am not pleased with the one assigned to me with how many times I've been rescheduled because she's always not available.
