Check in and being taken back to a room by the two people was wonderful very kind very understanding. After that everything went downhill the nurse practitioner Sandra wasn’t talking up so anyone could even hear her through her mask made it very difficult. Continue to ask some questions that were just unable at the moment, as it was a bad thing that I live alone and to top it all off at the end, handing me the bag of stuff they give you and paperwork.
