I wish 0 stars was an option. This does not go against the therapists, as my interactions with them were excellent... but this this the front counter. I had requested to cancel a string of appointments except for the one before my doc appointment. Well, theres a problem. Not only did that appointment get canceled, but my next appointment rubs up against the 1 month date... I will need a reevaluation. Thea Musantry is the BOMB! A hard worker and the best time manager I've ever seen; she is an excellent PT. Denise is organized and just plain Awesome! Julie is the kind of leader that everyone hopes to work for. And Debra... Debra just KNOWS. I could sit and soak up knowledge by watching and listening to Debra for days. This is a great team.
