I had my first office visit with Dr. Andrew Mo in April 2026, and cannot say enough good about his professionalism, candor, and the empathy he expressed for my back pain. Went to HealthPlex ER 6 time and Alexandria hospital 2 time complaining of shoulder pain, they did X-ray of my arm not my shoulder Sonogram of my arm.The pain has been unbearable. I went back to Heathplex again.They asked me what my goal was and I said , I need a cat scan on my shoulder, and then they said , well , they've done x rays on your arm , I said , but I have shoulder and arm pain. Dr. Theiss and his team are excellent, very responsive and caring.
I just wanna Give a big shout out to Dr.Mo He did wonderful on my spinal fusion, and he helped a lot with my nerve damage as well in the procedure . Overall, the practice is wonderful and if I were you guys going in for a spine surgery, I would recommend Dr. Mo
