Dr. Theiss and his team are excellent, very responsive and caring.
I just wanna Give a big shout out to Dr.Mo He did wonderful on my spinal fusion, and he helped a lot with my nerve damage as well in the procedure . Overall, the practice is wonderful and if I were you guys going in for a spine surgery, I would recommend Dr. Mo
The lady at the help desk was very rude on the phone and hung up on me in a disrespectful way and was saying very doubtful words about scheduling an appointment need to work on their social skills and customer satisfaction
The imaging section wait time is so frustrating. I waited for 2 hrs for a simple x-ray image.
