I can only speak to my experience trying to schedule a first-time appointment, which was abysmal. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes with absolutely no human contact, a recording told me that I was 19th in line. I immediately hung up. Totally unacceptable. I am happy to say that the next doctor I called answered within a few moments and was able to refer me to an orthopedic specialist that they did not have on staff and I called that specialist and an actual person answered.
