No one answers the phone at reception. You’ll wait hours on hold with no response, and it doesn’t matter what the time of day is. I’ve been several times to the office and no receptionist is there to assist. Doctors are great, it’s unfortunate the front office staff isn’t.

I attempted to establish care as a new patient with this practice, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. My original appointment was scheduled for June. One afternoon, I received a notification through the Inova app that my appointment had been canceled. There was no explanation, no phone call, and no opportunity to reschedule. If I could give this office negative stars, I would. I’ve been trying for months to schedule and keep a routine appointment, but every appointment has been canceled without any explanation. Instead, I receive the same generic email each time, with no attempt to communicate or reschedule. At this point, I can’t tell whether the issue is incompetence, lack of accountability, or simply a complete disregard for patients. Like so many others I actually love the doctors and care that I’ve received here over the years but the front desk staff truly spoil the experience and will eventually ruin the business. The same issues have been mentioned here for years so I don’t understand why nothing has been done to address them. The lobby is never so busy (especially with the new kiosk) that someone should sit on hold for 37 minutes before speaking to someone. This would be a 4-5 star facility otherwise.

This review is specifically for the office staff. As others has said, the front desk is really ruining the experience for this practice, where otherwise I've had positive experience with all the doctors. But GOOD LUCK even getting to a doctor. I've been trying to call them for DAYS trying to schedule an appointment and NO ONE picks up. I've been to this location many times through 2 pregnancies and I know for a fact the front desk is not that busy.
