I have had only positive experiences here! I am so grateful for the doctors and nurses. They have always spent good time with me and allowed me to ask many questions, never felt rushed. I also just wanted to note something about the ladies at the front desk since a lot of the reviews here are very negative toward them. They are very sweet! A lot of them just have monotoned voices but they are truly kind and hardworking if you just get to know them :)
Would recommend Dr. Holmberg, Dr. Moola, Dr. Kumar, and NP Kiersten Bezold. These were my preferred doctors to see throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Holmberg delivered my baby and NP Kiersten treated me during postpartum and I couldn’t have received better care! The scheduling and customer service over the phone is awful, so I tried to communicate over MyChart whenever possible and the nurses were always responsive.
We waited three weeks to get an appointment for my mom’s follow-up with Stephanie only to have the doctor spend less than 15 minutes with her. She has a very serious skin condition, yet the doctor didn’t even review her lab results before making a diagnosis. The lab results clearly showed it was not what the doctor claimed, yet she still prescribed treatment for that incorrect condition. Dr. Holmberg and Dr. Kumar are the best! Not a big fan of the phone system and scheduling. I was on hold for almost an hour and the person who picked up the phone was short with me with my questions and Just sounded like she was done with the day and didn’t want to deal with people anymore, so customer service was out the window. One ⭐️ on that experience.
