Highly disappointed in my experience with this Inova GYN practice. The schedulers are not friendly and after 16 weeks postpartum they told me I can only see the doctor that delivered me which was the first time I was hearing this. The doctor that I did work with was fabulous, empathic, and listened to my concerns during my pregnancy. I arrived for an 8 am appointment. The front desk assumed I made a mistake as the doctor was not available until 9:30am. However I made the appointment over the phone with the front desk. I asked if anyone could see me earlier and the lady at the front desk had a rude attitude as if I am an inconvenience and should have never asked. I was a new patient and decided to cancel all together. Never once did the lady apologize. Not even deserving of one star. The front desk coordinator got my appointment time mixed up and didn't apologize or anything. I decided I couldn't wait on account of her mixup. She cursed at me on my way out the door.
