The staff at the clinic was fine. However, it is extremely hard to reach the clinic via phone. When you call the clinic, you will be greeted by "Inova Virtual Assistant". That's the first major obstacle, the system would drop my phone calls instead of connecting them. Or it would simply not be able to understand who to connect me to. If you manage to get through the "Virtual Assistant" you will be directed to an external call center who handles incoming phone calls.
