We were so heartbroken and disappointed that after three months of waiting for an appointment, we couldn’t be seen. So we’ve decided to go with another provider. Navigating this Inova campus is so difficult for wheelchair bound patients, as a result we arrived late for check in. Tried to call multiple times for assistance but was stuck on hold. Awful experience for my family and mother with Dementia.

The staff at the clinic was fine. However, it is extremely hard to reach the clinic via phone. When you call the clinic, you will be greeted by "Inova Virtual Assistant". That's the first major obstacle, the system would drop my phone calls instead of connecting them. Or it would simply not be able to understand who to connect me to.
