Inova Neurosurgery might just be the most inept medical organization I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with (and this says alot after my years in the VA system). Absolute clown show!
Scheduling and waiting are the worst here at this facility. My appointment is at 9am and I showed up early at 8 when only couple people were there. I wasn't seen until 2 hours later when there wasn't many patients in the waiting area.
