My fiancé called to set up an appointment for me & the lady who was on the phone was giving such a bad attitude and was so rude we hung up. Also it took 30 minutes just to get someone to answer not including the first time we called & waited so long he just hung up.
The doctor lied to me telling me they had the medical device I needed just to get me to come in to switch doctors. When I refused he refused to help me with what the appointment was for.
I write this review with the caveat I have not made it in person to this office. I have spent 40-50 mins on hold the past week attempting, and never made it to a live person. Their on hold recording service was rather obnoxious to listen to during.
Made an appointment for neurologist for 3/26/2024. Got email notification on 3/26/2024 saying they rescheduled... no phone calls, no asking what would be a good day, no backup plan.... just a reschedule. Called to ask why I didn't get a phone call - first they said I was the one who rescheduled, then they said oh Dr is sick but they should have called to reschedule... You think?!? We took off work for this and I don't get notification until 3 hours before my appointment?
