I wish I could give the scheduling staff and nurse 5 stars but my experience with the doctor was so embarrassing. The doctor seemed good natured, but did not take me seriously at all. I have been slowly losing sensation for 10 years. I gave example where it can actually be dangerous for me. I said it was impacting my quality of life. He essentially told me to be grateful that things aren't worse and that I "likely felt more than most people and now I am just feeling like normal people." I am a new patient to Dr Tesson and was wonderful. Took his time and was thorough and provided great information!
My fiancé called to set up an appointment for me & the lady who was on the phone was giving such a bad attitude and was so rude we hung up. Also it took 30 minutes just to get someone to answer not including the first time we called & waited so long he just hung up.
The doctor lied to me telling me they had the medical device I needed just to get me to come in to switch doctors. When I refused he refused to help me with what the appointment was for.
