Made an appointment for neurologist for 3/26/2024. Got email notification on 3/26/2024 saying they rescheduled... no phone calls, no asking what would be a good day, no backup plan.... just a reschedule. Called to ask why I didn't get a phone call - first they said I was the one who rescheduled, then they said oh Dr is sick but they should have called to reschedule... You think?!? We took off work for this and I don't get notification until 3 hours before my appointment?

I was in an accident when I was a child, resulting in skull and brain trauma. So, I’m not a stranger to neurologists or issues with the brain as a patient. Everyone I've worked with here has been great! I was finally able to get a diagnosis here, and that's after like 5 other neurologists who mostly shrugged (or ran a test, then shrugged). The front desk people are fantastically helpful and always super friendly. Same for the folks who take you back and start off your appointment. I'd definitely recommend this office/inova as a whole!

When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the doctor would not see me because the computer system was down. It makes me a little nervous about the competence of my doctor if they can’t answer questions about their area of expertise without consulting a computer — especially when I have copies of my imaging for them.
