TLDR: Really disappointed in the Fairfax location facilities (Joseph Siewick Dr). The bed I was assigned to (room 2) is ancient - if you simply run your hand across it, you can feel every single of the springs. Furthermore, it squeaks loudly every single time you move a muscle. It's uncomfortable enough to be hooked up to so many wires, but to try to sleep in an unfamiliar location in a miserably uncomfortable bed really makes it feel like torture. Poor Patient Care - Poor Response - No streamlined Process - Poor Result interpretation. I would like to thank the clinic for finally calling me back to help schedule results review *15 months* after my study. Initially the reply was, since you haven't been seen by our doctor, I can't refer you to a specialist. Even though they performed the sleep study, and I had a referral by another INOVA doctor. Called to schedule an appointment over a month ago, no one answered because it was their lunch break. I left a detailed message and have not heard back at all. If you’re going to take messages, make sure to actually listen to them at some point. Based on other reviews I’ll consider looking elsewhere for a sleep study.

Had an at home study done back in the beginning of July. It is 3 months later and I have not received results. They will not answer phone calls from myself OR my primary care provider. The office has tried to fax them and still no answers. They were so helpful when scheduling. I don’t know what has happened and why they have not given my results and stopped answering the phone and no longer return voicemails. Very saddening.
