Extremely poor scheduling and communication. I was diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea (AHI 51.3) and have been waiting months for treatment. During that time, the Fair Oaks Sleep Clinic has repeatedly rescheduled my appointments, most recently pushing my CPAP titration another two months out. TLDR: Really disappointed in the Fairfax location facilities (Joseph Siewick Dr). The bed I was assigned to (room 2) is ancient - if you simply run your hand across it, you can feel every single of the springs. Furthermore, it squeaks loudly every single time you move a muscle. It's uncomfortable enough to be hooked up to so many wires, but to try to sleep in an unfamiliar location in a miserably uncomfortable bed really makes it feel like torture. Poor Patient Care - Poor Response - No streamlined Process - Poor Result interpretation. I would like to thank the clinic for finally calling me back to help schedule results review *15 months* after my study. Initially the reply was, since you haven't been seen by our doctor, I can't refer you to a specialist. Even though they performed the sleep study, and I had a referral by another INOVA doctor.
